The upper level offers a well equipped open plan kitchen, dining & living area with adjoining covered sun deck, rear sunroom/play area, 3 bedrooms & a large bathroom.
On the entry level is a 2nd very spacious living area with television, laundry & 2nd bathroom. A child safety gate is fitted at the top of the internal stair case & lake views are enjoyed from both levels.
A gas barbecue & outdoor furniture are located in the fenced rear garden & the single garage is provided for guest parking or boat storage.
