On the upper level is a well equipped open plan kitchen, dining & living area which adjoins a spacious wrap around sun deck. Outdoor furniture, umbrellas & a gas barbecue are provided for alfresco meals.
There are two bedrooms upstairs with good quality queen beds, the second also has a single bed. Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom with shower recess & vanity, with a separate WC.
On the ground level is a third sleeping area with three children’s bunk beds & one single bed, bathroom with shower & WC plus laundry facilities. The ground floor living area has been recently refurbished with a pool table & 2nd television. For convenience a 2nd fridge is located in this area.
The purpose built outdoor shower with feature canoe roof and lighting is perfect after an afternoon at the beach or an evening spent fishing!
Off street car & boat parking is available with a fenced & gated back garden area. This holiday home is sure to become a firm favourite with families & couples alike.
